In this session, we aim to help everyone prepare for end-of-year reviews or, more generally, to learn how to give constructive feedback and receive it well.
For over a decade spent in talent acquisition, I have always loved working with people and been inspired by their journeys. With a few years of experience in building communities and organizing meetups, my goal is to motivate professionals to be open to sharing, especially their failures, in order to normalize emotions and understand how they affect careers and coworkers. I enjoy witnessing women supporting one another and the impact it has on the world around us. With Womenly, I hope to see all professionals, regardless of their minority status or background, connect, inspire, and become leaders who lead with passion, transparency, empathy, and courage.
I've always been driven by a deep curiosity for technology and its potential to impact human lives. My journey has led me through many years in talent acquisition, primarily within the vibrant tech startup scene of the Czech Republic. Alongside my professional endeavours, I've mainly ventured into freelancing, allowing me to explore different fields. My involvement in various meetups has always been a source of inspiration for me. As a tech recruiter, I've observed a common emphasis on hard skills within the industry. With the creation of the Womenly community, I envision a shift towards recognizing the importance of curiosity and a growth mindset in talent acquisition. By encouraging organizations to embrace adaptability and agility, I hope to cultivate environments where individuals can thrive and evolve. Within Womenly, I take on a multifaceted role, with responsibility for strategy, operations, and event management.
