🌟 Thank you for considering supporting our cause! Your timing couldn't be better—the time to support not only women but also the leaders who will drive the future workforce is NOW!

🚀 At Womenly, we have one major goal: to serve as an example of how openness and sharing can lead to greatness. We aim to encourage participants to embrace open-mindedness and step outside their comfort zones by engaging the audience with questions and pushing boundaries with speakers who share brutally honest, inspiring, and relatable experiences, know-how, and personal journeys. Our aim is to help individuals realize that they are not alone and that others have faced similar situations or have similar questions.

🙌 How can you help? If you have a facility that can accommodate 40+ attendees, offer catering, or provide a budget donation to support our operations, we would be incredibly grateful! As a token of our appreciation, we will tag you in posts as a supporter, allowing others to see your brand associated with empowerment. If you have banners to display onsite, that would be perfect! If you have any other suggestions or expectations, please let us know - we are open to all considerations.

Viktoria Galik
For over a decade spent in talent acquisition, I have always loved working with people and been inspired by their journeys. With a few years of experience in building communities and organizing meetups, my goal is to motivate professionals to be open to sharing, especially their failures, in order to normalize emotions and understand how they affect careers and coworkers. I enjoy witnessing women supporting one another and the impact it has on the world around us. With Womenly, I hope to see all professionals, regardless of their minority status or background, connect, inspire, and become leaders who lead with passion, transparency, empathy, and courage.

Martin Galik
I've always been driven by a deep curiosity for technology and its potential to impact human lives. My journey has led me through many years in talent acquisition, primarily within the vibrant tech startup scene of the Czech Republic. Alongside my professional endeavours, I've mainly ventured into freelancing, allowing me to explore different fields. My involvement in various meetups has always been a source of inspiration for me. As a tech recruiter, I've observed a common emphasis on hard skills within the industry. With the creation of the Womenly community, I envision a shift towards recognizing the importance of curiosity and a growth mindset in talent acquisition. By encouraging organizations to embrace adaptability and agility, I hope to cultivate environments where individuals can thrive and evolve. Within Womenly, I take on a multifaceted role, with responsibility for strategy, operations, and event management.
